Food Truck – $450.00
We are allowing a small number of select food trucks this year and creating a special food truck area that won't block NULU businesses storefronts, but allows for easy access to attendees. If you would like power please select that as part of your registration, it is a $20 additional fee. We do not provide tents, tables or chairs with your registration. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee a booth at the event. All applications must be approved. Once approved you will be notified via this platform, should your application be denied we will refund 100% of your registration fee.
Food Vendor (non-food truck) – $350.00
This registration category is for 'non-food truck' food vendors. You will be located on the street and will be given a 10x10 space. We do not provide a tent, table or chairs, just a 10x10 space. Non-Profit Booth – $75.00
For non-profits in the Louisville area you must be a register non-profit in the state of Kentucky or Indiana. If you are a nonprofit outside of these states you can apply and it will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We do not provide a tent, table or chairs, just a 10x10 space. If you would like power please select that as part of your registration, there is an additional $20 fee for it. If you are selling product out of you non-profit booth, you will need to indicate what it is in the notes section of your application. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee a booth at the event. All applications must be approved. Once approved you will be notified via this platform, should your application be denied we will refund 100% of your registration fee.
Non-Retail Booth – $200.00
This category is for non-retail, for-profit organizations that are using their booth for information, business promotion, etc. We do not provide a tent, table or chairs, just a 10x10 space. If you would like power please select that as part of your registration, there is an additional $20 fee for it. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee a booth at the event. All applications must be approved. Once approved you will be notified via this platform, should your application be denied we will refund 100% of your registration fee.
NULU Business Association Food Truck – $300.00
You must be a current business member of the NuLu Business Association to get in under this classification. You must be a current business member of the NuLu Business Association to get in under this classification. This registration category is for 'non-food truck' food vendors. You will be located on the street and will be given a 10x10 space. We do not provide a tent, table or chairs, just a 10x10 space. If you would like power please select that as part of your registration, there is no additional fee to NBA members. We accept all NBA members into the festival automatically.
NULU Business Association Non-Retail Booth – $50.00
This category is for non-retail, for-profit organizations that are using their booth for information, business promotion, etc. You must be a current business member of the NuLu Business Association to get in under this classification. We do not provide a tent, table or chairs, just a 10x10 space. If you would like power please select that as part of your registration, there is no additional fee to NBA members. All NBA Members are automatically accepted into the festival.
NULU Business Association Retail Booth – $100.00
Unique crafts and novelty goods people can't find in stores. Local and regionally made. Please note: No multi-level marketing sales will be allowed You must be a current business member of the NuLu Business Association to get in under this classification. There is a maximum of 2 booths per NBA Business member. If you are donating your booth to an artist, nonprofit, or other, you must let the committee know who will be set up in the booth along with contact information for that vendor. We do not provide a tent, table or chairs, just a 10x10 space. If you would like power please select that as part of your registration, there is no additional fee to NBA members. All NBA Members are automatically accepted into the festival.
Retail Booth – $250.00
